The spa area was far beyond our expectations

Me and my friends spent the weekend at Lucky Bansko Hotel and i need to share my feelings with you. We had an amazing weekend. I feel that words cannot describe the luxury and the facilities that we experienced. First of all ,the staff is very helpful,very kind and the service is one of a high quality. They all speak good english and the communication was no problem. The rooms are really spacious ans clean and had everything one could ask for. The spa area was far beyond our expectations. You are extremely well organized and equipped. Last but not least the food. What a great breakfast! The quality and the quantity was superb!

We would like to thank you all for the great hospitality and the service. We had such a great time that we have all decided to come back again.

Personally I would like to thank you for being so kind and helpful during the arrangements.

We wish you all a happy winter and hopefully we will talk again soon!

Make sure to visit the restaurant

The first day we made the mistake of going to dinner outside the hotel because we thought it would be cheaper. Then it turned out that there was even a discount for the summer season and eventually we had a cheaper, more profitable and better service at the hotel’s restaurant. There are pizzas, spaghetti, salads and many meat dishes…

Studios are just like the photos on the website, and their spa is divine. I personally tried a Roman massage with honey and milk and was very nice.

Extremely polite and friendly staff; spacious room with all amenities; original French cosmetics Occitane; super modern spa center.

The most delicious breakfast I have ever eaten at a hotel! Definitely worth it and recommend it to everyone, just a unique hotel!

The best hotel on the territory of Bansko

This is probably the best hotel on the territory of Bansko. Very close to the center, also offering evening bus. It has the best SPA center in the city, which has been renovated and has many attractions.

Free parking, rich breakfast, but the hotel’s trademark is the perfect attitude of the staff to each guest. Only they offer a bus to Banderishka Polyana in the weekend during the winter season, so you do not have to wait for the lift.

We stayed very impressed by the hotel. Every detail is crafted and made with taste, the service is at a high level. The three-day package for the summer season was more than affordable.

The best breakfast in Bansko

Clean and cozy. They advertised it with the best breakfast in Bansko and it was really great. Wide, comfortable and well-appointed rooms. The super-friendly and responsive attitude of the staff – in general, we all tried to feel special guests. Many thanks to the staff as well as to the chief manager for professionalism!

Wide choice of tea

The renovated SPA center has an excellent thermal area. The staff is very kind. Breakfast is also right. Leonard is a high-calorie restaurant. I like the rich selection of tea in the Lobby Bar because I love tea very much.

Wonderful is an understatement

The stay was wonderful, and that’s actually an understatement! I have not met such kind staff for a long time – the maids, the employees at the SPA, the reception – special thanks to everyone. Well maintained base with beautiful restaurants and delicious food. I can only congratulate the managers of the hotel because such a result is not easy, it takes a lot of efforts!

Good location and very clean!

The hotel has a very good location and the most distinctive feature is perfect cleanliness in the well-arranged room. The staff will behave very well with you, and the pools and the SPA area are of the highest caliber.

My favorite candy chocolates

It was a bit weird that the outdoor pool was separate from the hotel itself and was extravagant, but the good thing was that it was next to the main entrance. It was built right in front of the Italian restaurant Leonardo and for that reason I could see in the evening how carefully cleaned the pool and keeping it.

A delicious and varied breakfast has something for everyone’s taste. No remarks to staff, extremely polite and responsive people. A great impression made me that the maids were ringing at the door just twice a day (neither a little nor too much) to make sure we did not miss anything, as they gave out of my favorite candy chocolates, Lindor. Extremely pure. I enjoyed the spa and fitness most, where I spent most of my time in a very nice way.
