Hello, I sincerely thank Lucky Bansko’s team for the wonderful experience they have provided us. I and the family were 2 weeks ago at the hotel, keeping in touch with our accommodation.

The rooms were very clean and cozy, we missed nothing. The food at the LeBistro restaurant was also very varied and delicious. For our daughter there was a children’s play area, where she spent much of her vacation in games and contacts with other children.

We, in turn, have been in the Lucky Spa for most of the time. Class, style, and wonderful staff – that we would sum up. Thanks Lucky for the wonderful time.

We will come again!

They offer absolutely everything for the kids

The staff, as always, is very kind. The SPA center is the top level. The restaurant cooks delicious. And for children, it is a real paradise – they have “chicken milk” for them too. The apartments are spacious, including compliments from the staff, which was a very pleasant surprise.

Very convenient location

The hotel is lovely and its location is very convenient – walking to the city center. Staff are courteous and helpful, offer plenty of amenities for children. Their breakfast is the best in Bansko!
