That is why we have developed a bonus scheme that we offer to you – our regular guests, as an expression of gratitude for your attitude and loyalty over the years.

For overnight stays within 1 year, we offer the following bonuses:

With a minimum stay of 10 nights

Early check-in and late check-out /until 3:00 p.m./, if possible outside the winter season

With a minimum of 20 nights

Free accommodation in a higher class room /from Studio Standard to Studio Lux or from ap. Standard Plus to ap. Lux/, if available during the booking period

1 free classic massage

One-time use of salt room, 1 pressotherapy procedure or 1 cryosauna procedure – of your choice

With a minimum of 30 nights

Free accommodation in a higher class room /from Studio Standard to Studio Lux or from ap. Standard Plus to ap. Lux/, if available during the booking period

2 classic massages. The classic massage can be replaced with a salt room, 1 pressotherapy procedure, cryosauna, Aemotio water bed or use of a hydromassage bath.

VIP turndown service in the selected room type – 1 bottle of wine, fruit bowl with fruits, Molton Brown cosmetics, choice of pillow from the Pillow Menu

Validity and conditions

Validity of the program and counting the number of nights spent:

The period for reporting the realized nights is one calendar year.

Reservations made by guests must be made directly to the hotel – online or by email, but not through intermediary companies.

Discounts are not combined with other discounts or promotional prices.

When making a reservation, be sure to inform us that you have the specified number of nights under the bonus program

Discounts do not apply to the exclusive programs LuckyFit and LuckyKids, which have their own discount policy.
