  Her journey into the world of wine began in 2006 in Marsala, the historic heart of Italian wine culture.
  
  She holds a Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET) Level 3 certificate, a result of her extensive experience in several renowned wineries.

• Chef Martin Bayrev – Executive Chef of Leonardo, Le Bistro, and Fondue restaurants.
  
  He began his career in 2014 in the United States and later continued in the United Kingdom.
  
  Chef Bayrev is a passionate advocate of healthy eating. He uses natural, high-quality ingredients and strives to preserve their nutritional value and authentic taste. His culinary approach combines innovative technologies with a love for modern cuisine.

• Dimitar Tsutsov – F&B Manager at Lucky Bansko Aparthotel.
