• For babies up to 3.99 years old. a free crib with bed linen is provided in all room types.
• Second child from 0-11.99 years. stays free of charge on an extra bed and pays extra for dinner in Apt. Standard Plus, Executive Apartment, Executive Lux Apartment, Presidential Apartment.
• A third child aged 4-11.99 stays on an extra bed with 2 adults and 2 children up to 11.99. in App. Standard Plus, Executive Apartment, Executive Lux Apartment for an additional payment of 30 % of the price of the HB for one regular bed.
• One adult in Standard Studio enjoys a 10% discount from the price for two
• One adult with one child up to 11.99 years old. enjoy a 10% discount from the price for two
• One adult with 2 children up to 11.99 years old in Studio Standard pays the full price of the room
• 3rd adult on an extra bed pays 60% of the price of the standard bed in Apt. Standard Plus, Executive Apartment, Executive Lux Apartment, Presidential Apartment.
• Fifth adult on extra bed in 2-bedroom apartment and 2-bedroom apartment. Executive pays 60% of the price of HB for a regular bed

• A reservation confirmed by the Hotel should be guaranteed with payment for 1 night, up to 3 days after its confirmation. Additional payment up to the full amount should be made at least 7 days before check-in.
• Cancellation or change of the reservation up to 7 days before the check-in date is without penalty.
• If the reservation is canceled or changed less than 7 days before the check-in date, the amount for 1 full night for the reserved room will be charged.In case of earlier departure than the requested stay, the amount for 1 full night will be charged.

• A reservation confirmed by the Hotel should be guaranteed with payment of 50% from the total due amount, up to 3 days after its confirmation. Additional payment up to the full amount should be made at least 14 days before check-in.
• Cancellation or change of the reservation up to 14 days before the check-in date is without penalty.
• If the reservation is canceled or changed less than 14 days before the check-in date, the amount of 50% for a stay will be charged.
• In case of earlier departure than the requested stay, the full amount for the booked period will be charged.

NEW YEAR 27.12.2024 – 1.01.2025

• A reservation confirmed by the Hotel should be guaranteed with payment of 50% from the total due amount, up to 3 days after its confirmation. Additional payment up to the full amount should be made at least 21 days before check-in.
• Cancellation or change of the reservation up to 21 days before the check-in date is without penalty.
• If the reservation is canceled or changed less than 21 days before the check-in date, the amount of 50% for a full stay will be charged.
• In case of earlier departure than the requested stay, the full amount for the booked period will be charged.

Cancellation or change of reservation must be made in writing and must be confirmed in writing by the hotel.
