- Exfoliation with melting peeling (25 min.) – combination of Indian red algae, Ayurvedic oils, ginger, sugar and sea salts. It removes dead cells, nourishes the skin and prepares it for the following procedures.
- Pressotherapy (30 min.) – resorbs edema, accelerates blood circulation, performs lymphatic drainage and removes toxins from the body.
- Foot reflexology (25 min.) – removes fatigue and heaviness of legs and feet, stimulates energy points and gives strength to the body.
- Classic massage (50 min.) – relaxes and tones the body, improves blood and lymph circulation, an excellent remedy for cramps and stress.
- Anti-age therapy with oxygen shower (55 min.) – we use the latest generation Hydra Beauty device – slows down skin aging, whitens dark spots and circles, removes acne and soothes the skin, improves its immunity.
