- Cancellation or change of the reservation up to 5 days before the check-in date is without penalty.
- If the reservation is canceled or changed less than 5 days before the check-in date, the amount for 1 full night for the reserved room will be charged.
- In case of earlier departure than the requested stay, the amount for 1 full night will be charged.
Cancellation or change of reservation must be made in writing and must be confirmed in writing by the hotel.
