Size and specifications
The hydromassage tub that we have and which we all know as a “jacuzzi” is 230 cm in diameter and is suitable for up to 6 people.
The SPA facility is a latest generation model and has the following functions and technical characteristics:
- Comfortable seating: The seats are designed to follow the contours of the body.
- 28 jets located on the walls and floor: They provide an adjustable high-flow, low-pressure hydromassage, using the Venturi effect to create the ideal balance of air and water to achieve complete relaxation.
- Control panel with touch screen to manage the functions of the SPA facility.
How to use
To fully enjoy your stay in our jacuzzi, it is highly recommended that you wear appropriate clothing (swimsuits), not have consumed alcohol, and have showered beforehand.
Before entering the hot tub, check the temperature and make sure the jets are set.
Once everything is ready, simply step into the warm tub and let the bubbling streams of water wash away your fatigue, aches, and accumulated stress.
Benefits of using a jacuzzi
Among the main health benefits of jacuzzis are:
- Improves blood circulation: The hydromassage jets of the SPA facility improve blood and lymph circulation in the body. This helps to more effectively oxygenate the circulatory system and allows blood to move faster to those parts of the body that need it most. In addition, the pleasant warm water has a relaxing and soothing effect after a long day in the mountains or simply fatigue accumulated during the day.
- Reduces stress and tension levels: Stress can wreak havoc on your body. And one of the best ways to combat it is to soak in a nice warm bath. The warmth of the water, combined with the underwater jet massage, relaxes the body and simultaneously reduces stress levels and increases tone.
- Has a detoxifying effect on the entire body: The warm water, combined with the underwater massage, improves blood and lymph circulation. This, in turn, increases the body’s temperature and causes it to sweat and expel accumulated toxins from the body.
- Soothes and relieves pain: One of the best ways to reduce fatigue, relax muscles and relieve joint pain is a relaxing stay in the jacuzzi. The directed jets of water not only promote relaxation, but also bring relief, especially if you have spent the whole day on the slopes above Bansko.
- Relieves chronic pain: The jet underwater massage in the jacuzzi relieves tension while stimulating blood circulation to damaged muscles and joints. This in turn reduces swelling and inflammation, which in turn helps with pain from arthritis, fibromyalgia, sciatica, and other chronic conditions.
Contraindications for using a jacuzzi
The relaxing effect of immersion in hot tubs is truly enormous and it is very pleasant to enjoy individually or with friends in the warm, bubbling water. But there are people for whom the use of a jacuzzi for relaxation is contraindicated.
The use of this spa facility is not recommended for people with high fever, suffering from multiple sclerosis or lupus erythematosus, as well as for people with severe heart disease, high blood pressure and epilepsy.
A stay in a jacuzzi is also not recommended for pregnant women, as the heat of the water can cause premature contractions.
