Types of cuisine and drinks
The chefs of Leonardo Bansko transform original classic recipes from Mediterranean and Italian cuisine. The dishes you can try in our restaurant are prepared with high-quality Italian products and spices that invite visitors on a culinary journey through different regions of Italy.
Quality without compromising on taste
We work entirely with local vegetables and Italian products, with the exception of high-quality proteins – Black Angus beef, octopus, black sturgeon caviar, etc., because we understand that there are significantly better options on a global level.
We also have the highest quality kitchen equipment possible, such as a Josper Grill and a Giotto pizza oven. At the same time, we use modern cooking methods – making espuma, foam, freeze-dried fruit, sous vide, etc.
Restaurant Leonardo is also the only restaurant in Bansko that has a special menu prepared for vegans, vegetarians and people who cannot consume gluten-containing foods.

The restaurant has a modern and contemporary interior, inspired by the atmosphere of Dolce Vita. Skillfully combined with the Bulgarian understanding of hospitality, it creates a feeling of family comfort, warmth and luxury.

We prepare the pizzas and barbecue in a show kitchen so you can enjoy every stage of the preparation of your dinner or lunch.

The restaurant is located next to the main building of the Lucky Bansko Hotel. It is part of the hotel’s aquapark and overlooks its outdoor pools.
All types of pizzas, as well as barbecue, are prepared in the show kitchen so that our guests can observe the entire process of food preparation and capture its aroma.
