Hotel Policies

GENERAL

  • These rules are developed on the basis of the Bulgarian legislation in force.
  • The hotel has a video surveillance system (except for restrooms, hotel rooms and the SPA center).

When using the hotel services, you agree to be subject of the video surveillance.

  • Aparthotel Lucky Bansko Spa & Relax guarantees to its guests the protection of the confidentiality of the information and personal data provided.
  • The hotel administration may terminate the provision of services to those guests who violate the rules and do not respect the hotel policy.

 

RULES FOR ACCOMMODATION AND RESIDENCE IN THE HOTEL

 

  • Upon arrival at the hotel, guests are required to submit a personal document for registration.
  • The equipment of each room is checked before check-in and after check-out.
  • Guests are responsible for all damage and missing items in the rooms where they are accommodated. In case of damage, they will be charged.
  • Belongings forgotten by the guests are kept up to 6 months, and courier costs for their return are at the expense of their owners.

Check-in/check-out:

  • Check-in is after 15:00 h. and check-out – no later than 12:00 p.m.
  • In case of late arrival after 18:00 h., please inform us.
  • If you would like a late check-out, please ask for confirmation from the Front Desk whether this is possible.

Food service:

  • Breakfast is served at the main restaurant Le Bistro:

– weekdays: from 7:30 to 10:30 h.

– weekends and holidays: from 7:30 to 11:00 h.

  • Buffet is arranged with a minimum of 50 guests.
  • Taking food and drinks in/out from the hotel restaurants and lobby bar is not allowed.

Cleaning:

  • Rooms are cleaned every day from 08:00 to 17:00 h.
  • In case you put a “Do not Disturb” sign or you would like your room to be cleaned after 17:00 h., please call the Front Desk.
  • Evening maintenance of rooms is between 19:00 and 21:00 h.

Mini bar:

  • Each room has a mini bar, restocked every day.
  • Consumption from the minibar is paid in accordance with the available price list.

Safe:

  • Each room has a free safe.
  • Please, store your valuable items and documents in the safe.
  • Guests bear responsibility for items left in the room or in the hotel.

Laundry and ironing:

  • Clothes sent for washing before 09:00 a.m. are returned to the guest the same day until 18:00 h. Clothes sent after that are returned the next day.
  • For express orders until 3 hours, service is charges extra 50% of the value.

Parking:

  • The hotel has free outdoor parking spaces and indoor parking, which is paid during the winter season.
  • Parking spaces cannot be reserved.
  • The hotel is not responsible for damages to a car on the territory of the outdoor parking.

Ski wardrobe:

  • The hotel provides free ski wardrobe with ski boots drying system for guests own equipment.
  • Skiing equipment is not allowed in rooms, as well as passing through the common areas of the hotel with ski boots.

Accommodation with pets:

  • Pets up to 40 kg are allowed at the hotel.
  • For pet accommodation, a refundable deposit of BGN 100.00 is paid at the Front Desk, and Disinfection fee is charged in the amount of EUR 20 per night for pets up to 10 kg and EUR 30 per night for pets from 10 to 40 kg. The deposit amount is used to cover damages from pets, if any.
  • Pets are allowed upon submission of all necessary registration and immunization documents.
  • Guests with pets are accommodated on the first floor.
  • Pets are not allowed in the aparthotel restaurants, the SPA and the children’s playground.
  • Guests with pets should contact the Housekeeping department to arrange a convenient time for cleaning the room.
  • Pets should be kept on a leash when entering the hotel or staying in the common areas.
  • Pets should not be left unattended.
  • Any disturbance such as barking or yelping should be promptly discontinued in order to ensure other guests’ comfort.
  • Guests are responsible for all property damages and/or injuries caused by their pet to the hotel or other guests, and agree to pay a full compensation.
  • The hotel reserves the right to charge guests for property damage caused by their pet.

FOR THE PURPOSE OF ENSURING ORDER AND SAFETY IN THE HOTEL IT IS FORBIDDEN TO:

  • Smoke inside the rooms and all indoor premises of Aparthotel Lucky Bansko Spa & Relax. Upon established violation, additional fee of EUR 100 will be added to the room bill.
  • Give the key card of the room to third persons.
  • Keep materials and/or items dangerous to the health and life of others in the rooms.
  • Take out and move furniture in the rooms.
  • Violate generally accepted norms of behavior, aggressive behavior and/or actions endangering the health and property of others.
  • Damage hotel property.
  • Park cars at the entrance and exit of the hotel, as well as in any way that blocks traffic.
