Treadmill
The gym is equipped with a Technogym treadmill, which our guests can use during their stay.
A treadmill is a fitness machine designed primarily for cardio training. It consists of a moving belt that moves under your feet as you run or walk on it. As you move on the treadmill, you can control the speed of the belt from the dashboard in front of you so that its speed meets your individual needs.

Cross trainer (cross fit) and exercise bike (electric bike) are two different types of fitness equipment that are used for fitness exercises to achieve good physical shape.

The fitness center at Lucky Bansko Aparthotel is open year-round and is open from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM every day.
To train, neither prior reservation nor any payment is required if you are a hotel guest.
