I don't have words to express my satisfaction with the holiday, which I spent in hotel Lucky Bansko. All staff without exception have super professional attitude, and are making every guest feel special. The hotel offers amazing spa treatments with high quality cosmetics and very good professionals. Before arrival I had several requirements for room that were completely fulfilled which made me very satisfied.  I stay for the second time within a month in this hotel and will certainly come again.
