Amazing hotel, with exceptional service and ammenities. Highly recommended for any type of stay!

It’s a perfect hotel; all the amenities were up to standard! The room was spacious and clean; it had a full bar, an espresso machine, and two bottles of water that were complimentary from the hotel, which the staff refilled every day 🙂 Also, there was a safe with pretty clear instructions. The bathroom had heated floor tiles and provided all shower care products. The TV was a modern smart flat screen, which we used to watch some online movies before bedtime. The spa and the pool (included in the booking price) were perfect. We used all the facilities, and we were delighted with them! Unfortunately, we didn’t have time to book a massage or any treatment, but the hotel does offer this at an additional cost. The entire staff at the hotel was accommodating, kind, and really attentive! And for breakfast, what can I say… it was rich with a wide variety of foods, everything you can imagine in a 5-star hotel. Fantastic job on this Lucky Hotel! We also tried food in the Le Bistro restaurant, which is part of the hotel, and the quality of the dishes was top-notch, close to 1-star Michelin if not already! We also tried the Italian restaurant Leonardo, and there, I can easily say the food and the service were on par with Michelin-star restaurants. Very pleased!!! The hotel also has organized shuttles to the ski lift (included in the booking) for all guests, with early reservations.

Disliked:

There was no way to regulate the heating temperature in the rooms, and since the outside temperature was not as cold as usual, the rooms were really hot. For someone not used to such warm rooms for sleeping, it might be a challenge to fall asleep 🙂 Keep in mind it’s a personal preference 🙂 Hint: Leave the window open for an hour or two while you are away; it should sort the issue. This should not be an issue when the outside temperatures are close to average for that place, typically in minus centigrade. Another thing which we disliked was that the internet in the room was very unstable, but it seemed that it was specific to our room, since the internet in general in the hotel was good. I noticed that I was connecting to two different routers with different signal strengths, so this might be the reason.
