A tasting dinner was organized in the Italian restaurant “Leonardo” on 26.11.2016
The menu was titled: “Tuscany in BANSKO.“
The Italian chef Filippo Saviozi arrived specially from Tuscany to present the secrets of Tuscan cuisine.
The dishes were unique and background music added sense of romance.
Here is the menu, served with fine Italian wines:
Eggplant parmesan
/ Fried eggplant with tomato sauce with parmesan, baked in the oven /
Vitello-tones
/ Cold veal with tuna sauce /
Risotto with champagne and black truffle
Salad of octopus with potatoes and vegetables
Livorneze fish with seasonal vegetables

/ Goulash Italian style, made with red wine and herbs, served with polenta /
