The rates are in euro, per room/ unit and include:
- Accommodation with breakfast and dinner.
- Accommodation of children up to 15.99 years old on extra bed up to the maximum capacity of the room.

- Indoor BIO pools with water temperature of 33 °C and a pool with Dead Sea salts, suitable for children.
- Salt room for relaxation reveted with Himalayan salt.
- WiFi throughout the hotel.
- Two fully equipped computer areas where your children can have fun with their favorite games.
- Children’s play area for children aged 3 to 6, where a professional babysitter and an animator will see to the good experience and entertainment of your children, and you will be able to spare time and give attention to yourself.
- Play center (80 sq.m.) for children from 6 years old with plenty of free games and entertainment activities.
- Two ski wardrobes with ski boot heaters for your own or hired skiing equipment.
- Transport from and to the first ski lift station each 15/30 minutes during the winter season, with the exception of the 12:00-14:00 h time interval.
- Transport directly to the ski tracks according to a schedule. Time of departure: 08:00, 8:30, 9:00, 09:30, 10:00 and 10:30
- Free scheduled evening transport from the hotel to the centre of Bansko and back.
Supplement
- Supplement for dinner at Le Bistro restaurant for guests staying on an extra bed: €18 per adult for lunch/dinner and €11 per child aged 4 – 11,99 y.o.
- The price does not include tourist tax and insurance – €0.80 per person per day which is mandatory and is paid on site.

All units are equipped with TV set, telephone, wireless Internet, mini-safe box and fully equipped and furnished kitchenette with Lavazza coffee machine, ceramic plate, toaster, hot water jug, refrigerator, microwave oven, cutlery and dishes.
The bathrooms are with bath tube, shower, hair dryer, telephone and SOS system, and are supplied with French bath cosmetics, slippers, full set of towels and bathrobes for adults and children.
Cancellation policy of guaranteed reservation:
For standard reservations we require a deposit payment – the amount for 1 night stay. After the payment the reservation is considered confirmed and guaranteed. The rest of the amount should be paid at the reception at the time of check-in.
Over 2 days before arrival date – free of charge
Less than 2 days before arrival date – the amount for the first night will be charged.
Earlier departure or modification of the dates, requested less than 2days prior to arrival date, are subject to cancellation fee – the amount for the first night of the stay.
Non-refundable reservation:
Non-refundable reservation provides you 10% discount from the standard package prices at the time of booking. Requires 50% prepayment in order to benefit the preferential price.
In case of cancellation or change for this type of reservation, the prepaid amount is non- refundable.

- Free scheduled evening shuttle service from the hotel to the center of Bansko and vice versa.

- Less than 2 days before arrival date – the amount for 1 full room night will be charged.
- Earlier departure or modification of the dates, requested less than 2 days prior to arrival date, are subject to cancellation fee at the amount of 1 full room night as well.
