Conditions for online booking

1. Types of reservations according to payment method  

• The online reservation is considered as valid, only after prepayment of the required deposit for the reservation.
• In case of incorrect credit/debit card details or insufficient funds, the reservation is considered as invalid.

2. Types of reservations according to the deposit amount

• When the booking is at standard conditions, we require prepayment of one night for the requested period. After prepayment of the required deposit at the amount of the first night, the reservation is considered as confirmed and guaranteed. Balance due must be paid at the reception desk of the Hotel, at the time of check-in.
• Cancellation of this type of booking is according to the Hotel’s Cancelation policy.

• Non-refundable reservation provides you 5% discount from the standard package prices at the time of booking. Requires 100% prepayment in order to benefit the preferential price.
• In case of cancellation or change for this type of reservation, the prepaid amount is not refundable.

3. Booking prepayment:

• Advance payment can be done by credit/debit card – Visa, MasterCard, American Express or through Pay Pal.
• All payments are made in BGN/Bulgarian leva/ on the fixed exchange rate of Bulagrina National bank – 1 euro = 1,95583 BGN.
• Prepayment for reservation through our reservation system / by virtual POS / guarantees absolute security and confidentiality of the data.

4. Cancellation and modification policy of guaranteed reservation

• up to 7 days before the arrival date (excl. the period from 22nd of December until 13th of January) – without cancellation fee. The prepaid amount is 100% refunded to the client.
• up to 21 days before the arrival date for the period from 22nd of December until 13th of January- without cancellation fee. The prepaid amount is 100% refunded to the client.

• 7 days or less than 7 days before the arrival date (excl. the period from 22nd of December until 13th of January) – the cancellation fee is at the amount of 1 full room night in the booked unit. The rest of the prepaid amount is refunded to the client.
• 21 days or less than 21 days before the arrival date for the period from 22nd of December until 13th of January – the cancellation fee is 50% of the amount of the requested package in the booked unit. The rest of the prepaid amount is refunded to the client.

• 2 full nights in the booked unit (excl. the period from 22nd of December until 13th of January). The rest of the prepaid amount is refunded to the client.
• 100% of the requested package for the period from 22nd of December until 13th of January (Christmas and New Year).

5. Check-in and Check-out:

• Check-in is after 15:00 h. and check-out – no later than 12:00 p.m.
• In case of late arrival after 18:00 h., please inform us.
• If you would like a late check-out, please ask for confirmation from the Front Desk whether this is possible.

Upon confirmation, the following additional charges apply:

• Check-out no later than 16:00 h. – additional 30% of the price of the used studio or apartment;
• Check-out after 16:00 h. – additional 70% of the price of the used room

6. Common conditions

• The hotel confirms availability at the moment of reservation.
